The Pioneer Path to Higher Consciousness is an advanced meditation series designed to guide you to higher levels of consciousness.
Each month, Maureen will be sharing insights on the latest energetic shifts to help you better understand the new energies and dynamics at play. Her talks will provide a deeper understanding and be followed by a guided meditation where you will begin to integrate these energies, raising your frequency and supporting your personal transformation journey.

Empowerment Series
The Empowerment Series is an eight-week journey designed to help you connect with your inner power, deepen your intuition, and create meaningful change from the inside out. Each week introduces a new holistic approach to wellbeing that you’ll immediately put into practice, allowing knowledge to become embodied experience.
Within a supportive community, you’ll explore processes such as releasing trapped emotions, transforming limiting beliefs, practicing soul retrievals, and accessing ancestral gifts. These tools help you get to the root of long-standing patterns so you can move forward with greater clarity, vitality, and confidence.
Guided by Integrative Wellness Practitioner Liz Koumantzelis M.A., you’ll strengthen your inner guidance system, build resilience, and awaken a deeper sense of purpose.
