This live training and group coaching program will help you understand The Conscious Leadership Model, which incorporates all aspects of higher consciousness. The program has eight modules, each one integrating the elements of the model through teachings, group interactions and experiences. Participating in this transformative program will set the foundation for ongoing development of higher consciousness and activate the Conscious Leadership Model into your work and life.

When we understand what creates higher consciousness and how it has become the new currency of our changing environment, we can embrace it. Raising our consciousness will empower us to transform and improve all areas of our lives, creating a path for the most optimal expression of our gifts. 

Conscious Leadership Transforms includes eight modules taught in eight consecutive weeks of two-hour live group coaching sessions where we will learn and apply the elements of higher consciousness. Those elements include intention, intuition, surrender, quantum support, and how they interact in the Conscious Leadership Model to grow our business, life, and impact. Each week the teachings will build on the elements discussed previously to create a comprehensive understanding of how conscious leadership transforms.

  • Module One

    Higher Consciousness

    Wednesday April 3, 4-6PM CST

    Higher consciousness is the currency for success in our new environment. Understanding this concept will help leaders prepare to lead themselves and their teams successfully resulting in exponential personal and business expansion. We will discuss the purpose and benefits of higher consciousness, how it supports higher level thinking and creative problem solving, its role historically and in our current environment, and the planetary energies supporting the upward shift in consciousness.

  • Module Two

    Conscious Leadership Model Part 1: Intention

    Tuesday April 9, 4-6PM CST

    Conscious Leadership is a multifaceted concept. Having a model to apply in developing advanced leadership concepts enhances the adoption of the concepts into leadership philosophy and practices. It also supports predictability of outcomes. We will discuss part 1 of the Conscious Leadership Model, which focuses on Intention. Included will be how intention is used, how it directs energetic support, the impact on the outcome of your actions, and how it is best applied.

  • Module Three

    Conscious Leadership Model Part 2: Intuition

    Tuesday April 16, 4-6PM CST

    Making business and other decisions based on data and past experiences alone is no longer acceptable, given the rate of change in all areas of our life. While AI is helpful in predictive behavior, it is still based on past experiences. Use of intuition incorporates discernment and optimizes the decision-making model, providing the most current information available for the most effective decision outcomes. We will discuss part 2 of the Conscious Leadership Model, which focuses on Intuition. Specifically, we will review the types and purpose of intuition, how to access our intuitive gifts, and the role it plays in developing higher consciousness and decision making.

  • Module Four

    Conscious Leadership Model Part 3: Surrender

    Tuesday April 23, 4-6PM CST

    The concept of surrender is the most foundational concept in developing higher consciousness. Instead of “giving up our control” surrender empowers us to receive optimal guidance in creating our vision, strategies, and ongoing implementation. Without it, we do not have access to the guidance that directs our path for the full development and use of our gifts and talents. We will discuss part 3 of the Conscious Leadership Model, which focuses on Surrender- what it means, why it is a critical element of developing higher consciousness, its role in conscious leadership, and how to apply it.

  • Module Five

    Conscious Leadership Model Part 4: Quantum Support

    Tuesday April 30, 4-6PM CST

    The universe provides invisible natural support for our ideas and actions. Understanding how to access and work with this support directs speed and flow into our processes. It is like working with mother nature to capture her natural forces for our benefit. We will discuss part 3 of the Conscious Leadership Model, which focuses on Quantum Support- what it is, how it works, what it is comprised of and how to engage and direct it.

  • Module Six

    Integration of the Four Parts of the Conscious Leadership Model

    Tuesday May 7, 4-6PM CST

    Having an awareness of all four key elements of the Conscious Leadership Model prepares us to integrate them to learn how they work together and impact each other. This is the initial stage of fully employing the model in a leadership application. We will discuss the integration of all four elements and how to ensure we can use the model as an effective leadership strategy.

  • Module Seven

    Developing Higher Consciousness

    Tuesday May 14, 4-6PM CST

    With an initial understanding of higher consciousness, we are ready to learn how to create it. We will discuss several strategies and tactics that can be used to develop higher consciousness. We will then compare, and contrast leadership models using higher consciousness vs traditional approaches. This will facilitate an understanding of how the old models do not support our current environment and are ineffective in transforming ourselves and our businesses to create optimal growth and impact.

  • Module Eight

    Application of Concepts

    Tuesday May 21, 4-6PM CST

    The final module in this course includes a discussion on sovereignty and its role in living our purpose, Q&A of all the concepts we have studied and then applies them in a way that cements our learning and prepares us for moving into higher levels of conscious leadership. We will learn and practice a protocol that incorporates all the elements of the Conscious Leadership Model. This immersive experience will exemplify the ease with which we can transform any aspect of our life and business.

Meet Nancy.
